What is Mi Casa Housing? Mi Casa is an all volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing long-term affordable housing for families who are low-income. Mi Casa's homes are scattered throughout quality neighborhoods in the Puyallup, Sumner and Edgewood areas. This keeps families near quality jobs, shopping centers, and schools and away from stereotypic project-type housing. |

What does Mi Casa Do? Mi Casa owns duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes which they maintain, manage, and lease to those in need in our local community. To help in this process, Mi Casa retains a professional property manager, Kalles Properties Inc., to manage the buildings and tenant needs on an ongoing basis. |
