The roof on this four-plex has now been completed. Gutters and downspouts were needed also, and a few more generous donors made that possible during this summer of 2021. Mi Casa has owned this property since 1996 and it has proven to be a good place for our tenants who need an affordable home. This new roof is a big capital expense that will now preserve this building for decades more.

Mi Casa appreciates your help to support our low rents for families on the edge of homelessness. Mi Casa is funded through a combination rental income, grants, and individual donations. Since we are an all-volunteer nonprofit, your entire donation goes directly to supporting the tenants of Mi Casa.
Your donations provide low-income families a place to call home and a chance to live securely with their families in our local communities of Puyallup, Sumner, Edgewood, and South Hill.
