(Pics of in-progress improvements)

Thanks to your funding we were able to....
  • Repair the exterior of 3 four-plex buildings on Washington Street in Sumner.
  • Repair entryway stairs and deck stairs and add better lighting for added safety.
  • Upgrade existing windows to energy efficient windows. This will provide added warmth for the tenants, a smaller electrical bill for them and a lower environmental footprint for the community.
  • Repair all parking lots to make them safer and to keep them in good working order.
  • Add fencing to completely enclose the back of the buildings adding to the safety of the children playing in the back yards.
  •  Painting the decking and exterior of all of the buildings. This will extend the life of the siding and decks as well as improve the appearance, beautifying the area for the community.
